Reservation
Upon receipt of your request for information about the possibilities for a stay at La Mexicaine, you will hear from us immediately if your desired room or holiday house is still available in the period you mentioned and what the cost is. If the requested room or holiday house is no longer available, we will let you know which period it is still available.
You will also receive a date by which we need to know from you whether you are actually coming or not. Until then we keep the room or the studio for you. If we didn’t hear anything from you by that date, we will assume that you have lost interest and we feel free to rent the room or holiday house to others.
Deposit
If you use our offer, we will ask you an initial deposit. Only after receipt of this deposit the reservation is binding for us. The remaining amount is due one month before your arrival.
For bookings of 1 night, the amount must be paid at once, as with bookings with arrival dates situated within 1 month from the booking.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival the deposit expires. Upon cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks before arrival, 60% of the rent is due. Upon cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival or during your stay (early departure) 100% of the rent is due.
We recommend a cancellation insurance.
Guarantee
Tenants of the holiday houses need to pay on arrival a deposit of € 100.00. Upon departure you will receive the refund, reduced by any damage and missing inventory. If you do not have cleaned sufficiently, we will charge € 60.00.
Arrivals and departures
The reserved room or holiday house will be available from 16.00 hours on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the room or holiday house has to be released before 10.30am.
Liability
La Mexicaine accepts no liability for damage to or theft or loss of property of guests and accident or injury caused to guests. The use of the pool is at your own risk, the pool is unattended. Children should be supervised by the parents when using the pool. Entering our domain is at your own risk.
House Rules
Guests are invited to comply with the house rules and deal with the property of La Mexicaine and other guests, as they deal with their own property. Guests are considered to respect the peace and privacy of other guests, but also those of the neighbours of La Mexicaine. Dogs are welcome but only in our largest holiday house “Larche”.
